Project Description :

New WA Rugby training facility, administration and corporate offices.
Mechanical services consisted of:

• Variable refrigerant volume (VRV) air conditioning systems.
• Evaporative cooling system for Training area.
• General ventilation system.
• Energy recovery system to pre-heat air.
• Mechanical services switchboard and electrical services.
• Johnson Control BMS system.

Once again, space constraints for services created challenges for this project.
