HVAC services services for Woodside Pluto Central Control Room (CCR) and Medical Centre/ Guardhouse (MCG) Buildings serving Central Control Facilities and Gate House Buildings
Mechanical services consisted of:

CCR Building

• Condenserless central plant chiller system complete with separate air cooled condensers with duty/standby arrangement.
• Chilled water distribution system with duty/standby pumps, piping, control valves, insulation and metal cladding.
• Variable and constant speed chilled water air handling units complete with VAV boxes.
• Emergency and general ventilation systems.
• Mechanical services switchboard and condenser fan control panel.
• Gas detection system.
• Johnson Control BMS system.

MCG Building

• VRV air conditioning system.
• Refrigeration pipework and condensate drains.
• Mechanical services switchboard and electrical services.
• Emergency and general ventilation fans.
• Johnson Control BMS system.
