Mechanical Description of Project:

• Chilled water air handling unit and associated control valves, and drain lines.
• 2 emergency ventilation fans (duty/stand-by) and 1 general exhaust fan
• Pneumatically operated shut-off dampers
• Mechanical services switchboard
• Johnson Control BMS system

Project Challenges Encountered:

• All external ductwork was constructed in internally lined, fully flanged and welded 316 stainless steel material.
• Hazardous work area and operational plant around the building.
